1. We use standard text message to message our clients.  All messages at end of each meeting/day will be saved in client folder.
  2. We use Skype to call clients directly to their mobile device.  All calls will be saved in MP4 format and placed in client folder.
  3. We use  ZOOM (Zoom.com) for online face-to-face meetings.  Zoom meetings are recorded and held on file for up to 7 business days and transcripts of video call will be saved in client folder.
  4. All files will be saved for a minimum of 7 years (if over age 18) and up to age 25 (if under age 18).
  5. Reporting.
    • Primary Care givers/providers will receive a weekly report
  6. Disclaimers
    • We will never be the primary support person. Our role is to support the primary care giver/provider.
    • We are not mental health providers e.g., counsellors or psychologists. We will provide weekly reports to the primary care giver/provider.  It is up to the primary care giver/provider to determine if the client requires mental support.
    • We are not medically trained. We do not provide any medical diagnosis or prognosis.
