1. We use standard SMS text messaging to communicate with clients. All messages sent at the end of each meeting or day are saved in the client’s folder.
  2. Zoom is used for direct communication with clients, including chat messaging, voice calls, and online face-to-face meetings. Records of Zoom calls and meetings are saved in MP4 format, with transcripts retained in the client’s folder. Zoom recordings are stored securely for up to seven (7) business days.We use ZOOM (Zoom.com) for online face-to-face meetings. Zoom meetings are recorded and held on file for up to 7 business days and transcripts of video call will be saved in client folder.
  3. All client files are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for clients aged 18 years and over, and until the client reaches the age of 25 years for clients under 18.
  4. Reporting.
    • Primary caregivers/providers receive weekly reports summarising client interactions and progress.
